In association with physician Dr. Derrek Jensen, TLC participants receive top quality health care in the comfort of their own home.

TLC's in-house medical services benefit our clients by providing personalized care that accommodates their mobility issues and allows them to receive medical attention at their most convenient time. By monitoring and developing long-term treatment plans, participants can safely and confidently continue their rehabilitation program outside of the traditional hospital setting.
