 MEET THE TLC STAFF
Community Reintegration Workers (CRWs) have a variety of educational backgrounds which enhance the participant’s rehabilitation program in a variety of ways. Many have extensive experience in working with adults with acquired brain injuries and all have the interpersonal skills needed to work with our participants.
Our multicultural staff include those who speak a variety of languages and who are sensitive to the needs of a diverse population.
Our Case Managers have extensive experience working with individuals who have acquired brain injuries and mental health disabilities.
Our Community Reintegration Workers are dedicated to providing services with dignity and respect to the participants in our program. We are
committed to providing a welcoming, and home-like environment in which they can improve their independent living skills.
We believe in using internal and external training opportunities to improve the knowledge and skills of our staff.
Our program also utilizes the services of a number of health-care professionals in the community, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech/Language Therapists, Neuropsychologists, and Dieticians. In addition, TLC provides its clients with comprehensive on-call medical care by Dr. Derrek Jensen.
